When will my order be shipped?
All items listed on this website are sold as preorders. All orders will be fufilled in April 2021.
What shipping method do you use?
Orders will be shipped from the United Kingdom, using Royal Mail. Our default shipping method is Standard. Standard shipping does not include tracking information and can take between 1-30 days to be delivered. If you wish to track your order, please add the 'Tracked Shipping' product listing to your basket.
Will I be charged import fees?
We have no control over your local import tax charges. Please refer to your local goverment to estimate these and allow additional delivery time for potential customs checks.
Why is there a fee to add multiple items to my order?
We carefully set up our shipping in order for it to be as affordable as possible. Our products are specific weights that allow them to fall under certain shipping catagories that keep the price low. Adding additional items to your order changes the shipping catagory it falls into and can sometimes significantly raise the price.
